Referrals
If there is an emergency and you need to take your child to the emergency room, you must notify our office within 24 hours during regular working hours so that we can obtain precertification for your insurance company. If you are referred to a specialist by our office, you can make the appointment so that it is convenient for your schedule. However, it is your responsibility to make sure they accept your insurance and that you have the appropriate referral prior to the visit. Call our office with your appointment date, time and the name of the provider. Please allow 72 hours to obtain the referral. |
